The Blue Hawaiian drink is made from white rum, blue curacao and coconut cream, and served in a highball glass.

• 1 oz Rum (Light)
• 1 oz Blue Curacao
• 2/3 oz Coconut Cream
• Pineapple Juice

• Mix the rum, blue curacao and coconut cream with ice.
• Pour into a highball glass, and fill with pineapple juice.
• Garnish with a pineapple spear and a maraschino cherry.

The 57 Chevy drink is made from Southern Comfort, gin, orange juice, pineapple juice and grenadine, and served in an old-fashioned glass.

• 2/3 oz Southern Comfort
• 2/3 oz Gin
• 2/3 oz Orange Juice
• 2/3 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1 dash Grenadine

• Shake all ingredients well with ice.
• Add a few ice cubes to an old-fashioned glass.
• Strain into the glass, and garnish with a sprig of mint.
